US Bank Wants To Bid On Bankrupt O'Hare Hotel

Law360, New York (July 09, 2010, 5:28 PM ET) -- Parties speaking on behalf of secured lender U.S. Bank NA have protested the bankrupt InterContinental Chicago O'Hare hotel’s proposal to sell itself to an affiliate of Och-Ziff Real Estate Acquisitions LP, contending that the bank should be allowed to submit a competing offer.
