Ex-E&Y Atty, SEC Near Insider Trading Settlement

Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 3:54 PM ET) -- A former Ernst & Young LLP attorney imprisoned for abusing insider knowledge of corporate mergers is close to settling a civil suit over the alleged violations, according to court documents filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
