Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc., T-Mobile USA Inc. and a slew of regional banks have been dismissed from Joao Bock Transaction Systems of Texas LLC's patent infringement suit over secure credit card transactions.
The phone companies and Texas National Bank of Jacksonville, Main Street Bank, Texas Bank and Trust Co., Regions Bank, Lindale State Bank, LegacyTexas Bank, Grand Bank of Texas, City Bank Texas and American National Bank of Texas all exited the case, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, on Tuesday.
