2 Suits Over BofA, Merrill Deal Survive

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 5:15 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that two massive investor complaints over Bank of America Corp.'s troubled $50 billion acquisition of Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. can proceed, but he dismissed a third putative class action over alleged damages suffered by employee retirement plans.
