Law360, New York (October 07, 2010, 11:19 AM ET) -- Former New York State Comptroller Alan Hevesi pled guilty Thursday morning to a felony charge over his role in the state's pension fund pay-to-play scandal.
Hevesi pled guilty to a charge of receiving reward for official misconduct before Judge Bart Stone in New York State Supreme Court, New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said.
