Judge OKs Galleon Wiretap Evidence, Severs Trial

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 3:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied motions to suppress wiretap evidence against Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam and co-defendant Danielle Chiesi, both accused in a massive insider trading ring, while agreeing in a separate order to split up the trial, either by defendant or by criminal count.
