Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 1:44 PM ET) -- Jones Day has looked to Mayer Brown LLP to bolster its banking and finance and private equity practices, snagging three seasoned practitioners for its New York, Houston and Chicago offices.
Michael R. Butowsky has joined Jones Day's New York office as a partner in the banking and finance practice, while Michele “Mitch” Gibbons has joined the Houston and New York offices as of counsel, the firm said in an announcement Jan. 24.
