TD, Banker Group To Enter Canada Credit Card Action

Law360, New York (April 06, 2011, 7:08 PM ET) -- The Canadian Competition Tribunal on Tuesday gave Toronto-Dominion Bank and the Canadian Bankers Association permission to intervene in an action challenging the rules Visa Canada Corp. and MasterCard International Inc. apply to merchants that accept their credit cards.
