Fannie Mae Can't Shake Wrongful Termination Suit

Law360, New York (May 06, 2011, 1:21 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Thursday refused to nix a contractor's lawsuit alleging Fannie Mae fired her and kept her from getting a job with the U.S. Department of the Treasury because she complained about the administration of a home loan modification program.
