Punches Fly In Parmalat Witness Deposition Fight

Law360, New York (June 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The battle over witness depositions in the Parmalat securities litigation heated up on Wednesday, with the lead plaintiffs echoing a Parmalat subsidiary's Tuesday request to bar Bank of America Corp. from deposing a former director of Parmalat Capital Finance Ltd. in Milan.
