Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Several former executives of KPMG International on Friday filed memorandums reemphasizing their motions to dismiss the criminal fraud charges against them stemming from their alleged roles in a tax shelter scandal at the massive accounting firm.
