Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 4:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Friday consolidated in Texas federal court four class actions against Wells Fargo & Co. for allegedly stiffing mortgage consultants on overtime pay.
The panel decided that each case against the Wells Fargo units, including Wachovia Corp., from current and former home mortgage consultants assert the similar claims. These cases span three federal district courts in Washington state, New Jersey and Texas, home to two of the class actions.
