Law360, New York (June 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Amid a nationwide clamor for government intervention, a Senate panel pushed Monday for increased regulation of over-the-counter natural-gas futures trading.
The proposals, discussed at a Senate hearing on Monday, would strengthen the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and improve public access to information.
