BofA Wants Quinn Emanuel Ousted From AIG's $10B Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 3:25 PM ET) -- Bank of America Corp. sought Monday to remove Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP from representing American International Group Inc. in its $10 billion suit against BofA over mortgage-backed securities, contending a partner at the firm has confidential information about the bank.
