Judge Approves Seal Of National Century Documents

Law360, New York (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. magistrate judge on Tuesday approved a final protective order allowing attorneys to designate as confidential any documents obtained during National Century Financial Enterprises Inc.'s bankruptcy proceedings.

Judge Mark R. Abel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois approved the final order Tuesday during a telephone conference in multidistrict litigation involving several NCFE entities for their alleged roles in the company's collapse.
