Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 4:03 PM ET) -- Two Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP financial services attorneys, one with a real estate financing subspecialty, have joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC as shareholders in the firm's Pittsburgh office, Buchanan announced Thursday.
Sean Girdwood and Brian Trudgen joined the firm's financial services and real estate practice group on Jan. 3. Both were formerly in Thorp Reed's Pittsburgh's office, where Girdwood chaired the firm's commercial, real estate and public finance practice.
The duo's last day at Thorp Reed was Dec. 31.
