Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 7:42 PM ET) -- Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. director Rajat Gupta should not be allowed to see U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission interview notes as he fights criminal and civil insider trading charges, federal prosecutors said Monday.
