Another Exec Joins Wave Of Exits From Fannie, Freddie

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 2:58 PM ET) -- An executive at Freddie Mac plans to step down before the end of the year, he announced Monday, adding to a growing list of high-level resignations from the mortgage giant and its sister Fannie Mae after federal regulators cut their executive pay packages.

Anthony Renzi, who is the executive vice president of the company's single-family business as well as its operation and information technology units, said he planned to leave his position by May 11, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission....
