Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:44 PM ET) -- Blackstone Group LP-owned commercial real estate company Equity Office Properties Trust has brought in banking and asset management tenants with separate leases totaling more than 30,000 square feet at its office building in New York's Midtown East neighborhood, a broker said Tuesday.
The two firms leasing space at the office building at 1140 Avenue of the Americas are investment advisory firm Waterfall Asset Management and California lender City National Corp., officials for commercial real estate broker Jones Lang LaSalle said.
