Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- International business law firm Husch Blackwell LLP has lured a finance and real estate partner from Polsinelli Shughart PC, further building its Kansas City, Mo., office, the firm announced Thursday.
Michelle R. Roman, who previously practiced at Husch & Eppenberger LLC before the firm merged with Blackwell Sanders LLP, said she made the move in order to focus her practice back on asset-based lending, after spending several years working mainly on real estate financing matters.
