Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- A real estate finance partner formerly with Haynes & Boone LLP who advises on all types of real estate-related financing and credit facilities has joined Allen & Overy LLP as a partner in the firm’s New York office, Allen & Overy said Wednesday.
Robert Grados will work in Allen & Overy’s real estate group and advise the firm’s domestic and international real estate clients, the firm said.
