Barclays, Others Face Suit Over Euribor Rate Fixing

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 8:03 PM ET) -- Hot on the heels of Barclays PLC's record settlement over allegations it rigged a key interest rate, an American investor on Friday accused it and other large banks of providing false information to the European Banking Federation as part of the alleged scheme.
