Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 11:03 PM ET) -- Freddie Mac is bringing on a former JPMorgan Chase & Co. attorney as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, the housing giant said Monday.
William H. McDavid will take over for interim general counsel Alicia Myara starting July 16 and serve on the company's management committee six years after ending his stint as general counsel for JPMorgan.
