Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 2:27 PM ET) -- Real estate private equity firm Brookfield Asset Management Inc. has scooped up a 620,000-square-foot office campus in Dallas from Citigroup Inc., in a lease-back deal that will keep a third of the space reserved for the bank, the companies announced Friday.
