Goldman, Others Can't Duck HCA Claim In LBO Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 10:10 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge refused Thursday to strike a bid-rigging claim related to the leveraged buyout of hospital operator HCA Inc. in the putative class action against Goldman Sachs Group Inc., The Blackstone Group LP and others over an alleged price-fixing scheme for 20 leveraged buyouts.
