Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 8:36 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday shot down a bid by entities affiliated with real estate mogul Donald Trump to undo the sale of a foreclosed Virginia mansion that once belonged to media titan John Kluge, prompting a same-day appeal from the Trump camp.
