Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday sent a loan officers' putative wage-and-hour class action against mortgage lender PrimeLending to individual arbitration after finding that the company's employment agreement could be enforced with certain provisions left out.
