Claims Tossed In Security Breach Suit Against TJX

Law360, New York (October 15, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- In litigation over what's been called the largest retail security breach ever in the United States, a federal judge on Friday threw out several of the claims brought by financial institutions against retailer TJX Companies Inc., leaving only two claims remaining.
