Law360, New York (October 18, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has denied requests from GMAC Mortgage LLC and other parties to postpone the sale of American Home Mortgage Holdings Inc.’s servicing platform.
GMAC's motion to postpone was denied by Judge Christopher Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday. Assured Guaranty Corp. and U.S. Bank NA had also filed motions to delay the hearing on the sale.
