Law360, New York (October 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Already facing trial for fraud, the former president of National Century Financial Enterprises can now add witness tampering to the list of charges he will have to defend himself against in connection with an alleged scheme to fleece the health care lender's investors out of billions of dollars.
On Thursday, the FBI arrested Lance Poulsen in Tampa, Fla., on charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice through witness tampering charge, according to U.S. Attorney Gregory Lockhart's office.
