Law360, New York (November 29, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Florida law firm Fowler White Boggs Banke has snapped up a former regulator for its securities and financial services practice, adding former senior Florida Office of Financial Regulation attorney R. Michael Underwood to its Tallahassee office.
