Wells Fargo Hit With Mortgage Penalties Class Action

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 7:19 PM ET) -- Wells Fargo & Co. has been hit with a putative class action accusing the bank of assessing undue penalties and fees to mortgage customers who have filed for bankruptcy, even if they later withdrew their bankruptcy petitions or had them dismissed.
