Law360, New York (February 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Consumer credit reporting agency Equifax Inc. has dodged a competition lawsuit filed by a company that often purchases its reports, after a federal judge ruled that Equifax had not engaged in anti-competitive behavior.
In a ruling handed down on Feb. 4, Judge George Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio dismissed a complaint filed by CBC Innovis Inc. against Equifax Information Services LLC and Equifax Inc.
