Law360, New York (March 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- From victory to defeat, consumer credit reporting agency Equifax Inc. has lost a bid to throw out an antitrust action filed in Minnesota's federal court, a month after persuading a judge in Ohio to scrap a separate competition suit.
U.S. District Judge Ann Montgomery on Tuesday refused Equifax's motion for partial summary judgment in a case alleging the credit bureau conspired to muscle competitors out of the consumer credit score market in the U.S.
