Law360, New York (April 23, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- For the sixth year in a row, Delaware’s state courts have been named the best in the United States for tort and contract litigation, according to a U.S. Chamber of Commerce study released Wednesday.
The survey, titled “Lawsuit Climate 2008: Ranking the States,” polled almost 1000 senior attorneys at the nation’s largest employers, and asked them to rank state court liability systems in the states that they were most familiar with.
