AIG Gets Extra Week Before Judge Rules On Report

Law360, New York (March 06, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A state judge on Monday delayed for one week his ruling on whether to disregard government objections and release an internal report of accounting fraud at insurer American International Group Inc.

Earlier this month, New York Supreme Court Justice Charles E. Ramos ruled to release the report to AIG’s former chief executive Maurice Greenberg, but drew a complaint from the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
