Law360, New York (March 16, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Facing an $18 million civil lawsuit, former New York Stock Exchange chairman Richard Grasso allegedly invoked his Fifth Amendment right during a deposition last year, but now the office of New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is demanding further details.
