Law360, New York (June 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- British banking giant Barclays Plc is reportedly days away from updating the multimillion-dollar lawsuit it filed against Bear Stearns Cos. in the wake of the bank's collapse and eventual takeover.
The United Kingdom's Daily Telegraph reported on Friday that Barclays in days away from filing a third amended complaint in the case, which the bank initially filed in December in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The bank first amended its complaint in April and did so again earlier this month....
