Judge Refuses To Dismiss Antitrust Suit V. Bankrate

Law360, New York (July 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge in New Jersey has denied Bankrate Inc.'s bid to end BanxCorp's antitrust lawsuit for allegedly monopolizing the bank rate listing table market.

U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton of the District of New Jersey denied Bankrate's motion to dismiss the case on Wednesday, citing pleading standards in the U.S. Supreme Court's Twombly ruling.
