Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. trustee has appointed an official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and a bankruptcy judge has granted several first-day motions by the collapsed investment bank.
