Law360, New York (September 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Harris Bankcorp Inc. has become the latest bank to settle claims in DataTreasury Corp.’s ongoing patent infringement suit over check-imaging and other banking technology, bringing the total number of settlements this month to four.
DataTreasury, Harris and its Harris NA subsidiary filed a joint motion on Wednesday asking the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to dismiss all claims and counterclaims between them with prejudice.
