Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is dealing with three grand jury investigations, an attorney for Lehman said at a packed hearing in a Manhattan bankruptcy court on Thursday.
Harvey Miller, an attorney with Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, told U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James Peck that the probes were located in the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Twelve people have been subpoenaed, Miller also said.
