Law360, New York (November 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The judge overseeing putative class action in which numerous companies stand accused of setting supracompetitive rates for title insurance gave three firms the green light to take the helm of the plaintiffs' case, clearing the way for the filing of a consolidated amended complaint.
Judge Jeffrey S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed an order Monday appointing Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, Girard Gibbs LLP and Saveri & Saveri Inc. as co-lead interim class counsel.
