Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A patent infringement suit between Bank of America Corp. and Every Penny Counts Inc. over the bank's “Keep the Change” program has turned to a debate on whether the patent-at-issue holds up under In Re Bilski.
