Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Over the vociferous objections of creditors, a federal judge has signed off on the $350 million sale of bankrupt technology consulting company BearingPoint Inc.'s primary business unit to Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Following a hearing on Friday, Judge Robert Gerber of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York granted BearingPoint's motion to approve the sale, and ruled that all objections to the sale had been “overruled, withdrawn, waived, settled, continued or resolved.”
