Journal Register's Disclosure Statement OK'd

Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The bankruptcy court overseeing the Journal Register Co.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has approved the debtor's disclosure statement, giving the company a green light to solicit votes on its amended restructuring plan and setting the stage for a June 25 confirmation hearing.
