U.S. Trustee Tries To Push SCO Group Into Ch. 7

Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The court in charge of The SCO Group Inc.'s bankruptcy should convert the software company's Chapter 11 cases to Chapter 7 because the debtors have been hemorrhaging money and have made three failed bids to resolve the cases, according to the U.S. trustee involved in the proceedings.
