Law360, New York (June 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has vacated the temporary stay it issued Monday over the $2 billion sale of Chrysler LLC to Italian car maker Fiat SpA, denying an emergency bid by a group of Indiana pension funds, consumer groups and personal injury claimants for high court review of the sale.
