Chrysler Judge Lets $2.2M Airbag Case Move Ahead

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs awarded almost $2.2 million after suing DaimlerChrysler Corp. over the death of a woman they alleged was fatally injured when the airbag in her Dodge Caravan failed to deploy have won their bid to modify the automatic stay in Chrysler LLC's Chapter 11 proceedings to allow a district court to rule on the defendant's post-trial motions.
