Law360, New York (July 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy of BH S&B Holdings LLC, owner of the defunct Steve & Barry’s discount clothing chain, has filed suits seeking to recover about $4 million from the company associated with actress Sarah Jessica Parker’s Bitten clothing line and about $1.2 million from two former company officers.
